IMO, Peter has or is paying the debts that are truly owed. Debts that he signed for that were changed after the terms were agreed to are being contested. Why would anyone give away 5% of the company as a finder fee when the person arranging the deal is on the pay roll. The whole thing stinks and I can't wait for the trial.
