Not paying his debts according to the Judgment Liens filed at SoS of Delaware, Ohio, Florida, etc.

Numerous current lawsuits on the same issues...non payment of funds.

5% finders fee is standard, especially for someone not on the payroll but acting as an independent contractor/consultant. Obviously, Peter does not know the difference between an employee and a independent professional.

IMO, Peter has or is paying the debts that are truly owed.

The courts of the Broward County 17TH Judicial Circuit and the Miami-Dade County 11th Judicial Circuit would disagree. Between them, they have issued six judgment liens against PV Enterprises and/or Peter Villiotis personally. All six judgment liens are currently active -- meaning they have not been paid.

Against PV Enterprises only:

Against both PV Enterprises and Peter Villiotis personally:

Only against Peter Villiotis:

The most recent lien, which is solely against Peter is from the corporate office of Sunbelt Rentals. However it's most likely Peter rented equipment from one of their Florida locations such as the one in Fort Lauderdale:

The above represent judgment liens only in Florida. There may be judgment liens filed against the company in other states such as Delaware where PVEI subsidiary Saenz Yachts is domiciled.
