Where we believe that the company is significantly undervalued, we can’t control the stock price. We have been working towards raising additional capital for the removal of prior financiers and our growth strategy, which we have recently completed. This was important to allow our market cap to appreciate and afford us the opportunity to execute our overall growth and M&A strategy. Our vision is that if we focus on the fundamentals of our business, we will see the valuation improve in due time.
We are working diligently to increase our existing distribution on RadioLoyalty as well as commercially release our new products. Recently, we have put a large focus on our international distribution as well as our domestic audience. We have had our hands full with the recent launch of our licensed partner www.scratch.fm .
