Where we believe that the company is significantly undervalued, we can’t control the stock price. We have been working towards raising additional capital for the removal of prior financiers and our growth strategy, which we have recently completed. This was important to allow our market cap to appreciate and afford us the opportunity to execute our overall growth and M&A strategy. Our vision is that if we focus on the fundamentals of our business, we will see the valuation improve in due time.



We are working diligently to increase our existing distribution on RadioLoyalty as well as commercially release our new products. Recently, we have put a large focus on our international distribution as well as our domestic audience. We have had our hands full with the recent launch of our licensed partner www.scratch.fm . As you have mentioned below we are also looking forward to the launch of our artist/band portal www.streamtrak.com , mobile application platform www.robotfruit.com and our ecommerce enabled video player www.watchthis.com.

Makes sense... but for me, it's all about the company and the people who are running it. I needed to hear directly from the company on what they were doing regarding their plans for the funds they received via their recent convertible debentures. Hence the reason I reached out to the Company via their [e-mail] email address. I also sent a note to Mr. Hill via LinkedIn, though I wasn't expecting him to reply. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised to hear from him directly. But, in my opinion, that showed a lot of class.
