There are other options:

Make it to dollars beforehand, buyback, or retirement.

Either option seems better than the original, although it will ultimately benefit us all.

If an R/S is at hand, I would suspect it to be small.

Assuming fundamental financials still matter in this world and we need a minimum of $2 stock price to maintain uplisting and we give this fast growing asset company a PE of 30 then

PE = Price/Earnings
30 = $2/x
x= $2/30
X= $0.06 net profit necessary for a $2 stock price

1.12b shares outstanding means WNTR will have to have $67M in net profit to sustain a $2 share price. Last profit was $300K...we need 200x more profit to get to uplisting with 1.12b shares out. Draw your own conclusions.
