So if we took the last example as 400 to get to $2 minimum, would R/S be calculated as 400/1?

Frank told me that the only way he would r/s is if the "underwriters" told him this was the best way to uplist the stock. So frank told me it was completely up to the underwriters. Which in my opinion is Wellington shields investment bank.

The same bank that successfully uplistes WHLR to the Nasdaq in 2012.

If an R/S is at hand, I would suspect it to be small. Why would you consider it to be small?? I guess what is small to you???

To jump on to the Nasdaq there are requirements. I do not think WNTR will be able to get on the Nasdaq without those requirements being met, and one of them is price. I see this ticker WNTR going up several hundred percent from where we are today prior to any possible reverse. From the Nasdaq and all the assets that WNTR has, I personally expect the price to go up there as well. I do not think we are going to go from where we are now to $1. I think we need some help in the form of a RS, but IMO most of us will get there with a good profit made on our investment. But, you never know, stocks go from pennies to dollars all the time without the help of a RS split.
