my3son, I believe everyone here recognizes that infringment will follow the product. The point is that Nokia will not own the infringing product after Friday according to various articles. So, I wondered WHY Interdigital was still pursuing NOKIA at the ITC. In any case, the next few weeks are gonna be interesting for Interdigital.
