I agree. Good point. Scams are scams, and viable companies are viable companies, but the SEC must adjust their policy. They are discouraging disclosure, and treat both types of entities as if they are the same. They are not. They only create more volatility and distress among investors. The end result will that companies will refuse to go public and stay private. I know I would.

Actually they do release their findings when they take action like charging people. It's all there on the SEC website, please don't be so lazy.
