Actually they do release their findings when they take action like charging people. It's all there on the SEC website, please don't be so lazy.

Wow, bit of an attitude. I am not being lazy and have read it many times. I pointed out in my post that they do have to release the information in the case of civil or criminal action. Actually, I have posted it many times on this board.

Lot of anger on this board lately. Hard to have discussions with so much emotion. IMO
