A company does not short sell their own shares into the market! Short sellers SHORT shares. Mms will short shares, day traders will short shares. Not the company issuing them. That makes no sense! I'm done with talking about this ridiculous nonsense.

I hate to sound facetious but...No kidding, really gee, I didn't know that investors can sell short or buy long. You should open up a school. Oy Vey! Are there any kindergarteners here? Come on we are all past class 101. Even a shmo knows he can do whatever he/she wants with his/her own stock which is his/her property as long as it is legal. But the company does not issue short. Period. After it is bought then it is out there and anything can be done in terms of buying or selling.

Isn't the short sale report for sales issued and sold within, like, 48 hours or less?

If that is the case, why would Nuvilex, if they have so many shares on hand, sell within that time frame?

It is starting to not make sense to me for them to short sell their own common shares that they are issuing to pay bills. That is how they pay their bills correct, with common shares issued to payee?

I don't see why they would short sell them for cash. They can get cash from Lincoln Park Capital funding, right? Those shares from Lincoln Capital would certainly not be short.

TIA for any input.

I thought in 2008 the SEC made it illegal to short sell penny stocks? Correct me if I am wrong. I sit here every night and read everybody's posts and I see a lot of bantering. I am not attacking you as I love seeing the positives and negatives. I would like just once, for an article say that NVLX actually did something and not say will or could. I own quite a few shares so I am a believer but no one ever got rich off of beliefs. I have owned penny stocks that went from $.50 up to $33 in a year (Marvel). I sold way to soon out of fear so I want to make sure I am well educated on NVLX.
