Isn't the short sale report for sales issued and sold within, like, 48 hours or less?

If that is the case, why would Nuvilex, if they have so many shares on hand, sell within that time frame?

It is starting to not make sense to me for them to short sell their own common shares that they are issuing to pay bills. That is how they pay their bills correct, with common shares issued to payee?

I don't see why they would short sell them for cash. They can get cash from Lincoln Park Capital funding, right? Those shares from Lincoln Capital would certainly not be short.
