DN, The ITC has 2 remedy's available to them. An LEO and a General Exclusion order. If Nokia does not produce any product that could be subjected to those orders, then HOW is NOKIA at risk from the ITC? The Federal Courts are another matter.
I hope Microsoft is putting pressure on NOKIA to settle prior to this weeks close. Fingers crossed.
