Looks like there were 2 chances to remove him. However, without FINRA's approval for a name change, I do not believe that Vakser was ever gone. Maybe the intent was there, but he obviously is the legal director of the ProTek shell. For now? Who knows. Jeffries' credibility is at the bottom of a puddle as far as I am concerned. His make believe software journey with Vakser's fictitious TDEY company was the nail in the coffin for me, personally.

It says the initial filling date was 2/22/2013. Is it possible EV was director back then but not anymore ?
