There is no documentation of buyback shares started, and if there was, they'd be tootin their horn about it. No money, no buyback. Hey, they could of bought them all back at once with the 5 million dollar funding they had, they must not of thought of that trick to announce thank God!
How can you remove someone from a Corporation when they hold one share that controls 69% of all votes?? Not to mention his additional percentage from the shares he holds.
