Oh but how much are they going to lower a 13 BILLION authorized share count? After they dilute to how many billions of shares??? The time to reduce that a/s count was when the latest reverse split took place. COWI management are little piggies and anyone who got stuck holding the bag pretty much earned it. COWI has never done anything except work a beautiful printing press.
We can also expect reduction in A/S to ease investor worries about future increase in float
