Well this was certainly the chance to remove stock promoter Vakser's name BUT IT WAS NOT ! Looks to me that Vakser still owns the ProTek shell and Luxuriant Holdings is not legally recognized by ANYONE.

3.8 billion? Outside of that ridiculously high # to raise the authorized, I'd like to know what happened to the last 2 billion in the fairly recent raise from 6.2 bil to 8.2 billion shares. Did Vortex get to keep all of their shares when they cut out? They were supposedly not being utilized but the last TA report showed well over 7 billion outstanding.

PRPM smells worse that rotten fish right now. No doubt about it, .0001 is coming. Market cap is really getting beyond silly with all of these shares. Will Jeffries actually cancel them out if they REALLY have to with this DTC issue? Can Jeffries do a damn thing since WYSOS does not even recognize his existence?
