Yes I never stated that the PIERS were guaranteed a payout of any kind.

That is the point, if PIERS are not made WHOLE then EQUITY will not see a single cent because of the priority rule on which PIERS have to be paid in order to close out CLASS 16.

What L.G. is trying to say is that even if PIERS are not paid in full that EQUITY will receive BILLIONS upon BILLIONS and that is TOTAL NONSENSE and if you agree with L.G. you too are wrong.
