Until EST II RFP decision is announced, this is the wrong stock for sudden moves.

Unfortunately this is a buy and hold stock, IMO.

I believe it will explode someday to the upside but with the current management team there seems to be zero interest in promoting stock or maintaining positive relationship with shareholders.

They must see a better use for $3M in cash than buying stock back.
