There is a big difference in the ability of a federal judge and an ALJ to understand the difference between an expired license and a license currently in force. If the license was still in effect, the ALJ should have dismissed the 337 because the LG products were being placed into commerce in the USA under the color of license with IDCC. Every judge who has looked at the license has found it expired and arbitration is not a venue for the open and obvious infringement on the part of LG running rampant right now.
