Loop, Thanks for the reply! If I understand you correctly antitrust does not apply in the wireless sector at least wrt bundling IP. It seems the big boys can essentially collude and hold out on paying for SEP IP. Of course, they have been doing such for awhile now, but I didn't think it was legal or acceptable.

Correct me if I'm wrong. Huawei has agreed to agree via arbitration so a license will happen if I'm correct.

Now if I'm correct I agree with you that Shay is sitting on his thumb and should inform the press via the CEO that a licensing agreement with Huawei is 99% guaranteed.
