They are all over the place last month they said no reverse split this month there saying reverse split. There was no benefit in saying anything about a reverse split in this news today which wasn't good at all considering how they built it up to be perceived as something great.

Still no website either.

Sterling, I respectfully disagree on this one...

I was one of the biggest cheerleaders for this stock posting all of my email replies from the company on all of the boards and how it looked the company was going to make up for the past. My Pom Poms were Flying high! Yesterday morning before the Tweet, they even emailed me to say the PR would be today and then emailed back to say "feel free to let others know". They I would do just that!

They knew full well what they were going to announce and to me, they wanted more investors in this yesterday before the PR today.

For a CEO to write an update letter saying:

"The past few years have not been kind to the shareholders".

"There is no doubt that the past seven years have been difficult for us all but I am a firm believer that every cloud has a silver lining."

And then say at the end:
"I would also like to assure you all that the company is not considering a reverse split at this time."

That is borderline Criminal! (IMO of course)

This is just the kind of company that gives Penny Land a BAD name! Yes, the PPS may go up once they announce their plans but no where near what it would have been by just announcing the LOI with The Tyburn Group and making it work with the SS they have now. THAT would have made up for the past shareholder issues and given everyone shareholder value!

And... That would be a company who actually CARED about making amends to it's shareholders!

All IMHO and everybody has one!

Stervc, sometimes it is better to prune the trees earlier rather than later on when the pps starts to climb. Pruning the trees may also help get the right stakeholders on board and move forward with business plans and a cleaner/more manageable share structure that will give you enough leeway to complete future acquisitions and growth initiatives.

When you prune the trees, they don't look as nice in the short-term but in the long-run they may grow better and bigger to reap better fruit.

As shareholders, we have a choice to make if we accept the trees being pruned while we still own shares, reduce the amount of shares we own to an amount we can be comfortable owning or sell and move on.

The decision will depend on a shareholder's investment horizon and how much you believe in the story and your vision of management's ability to succeed in their plan.

I sold 20% today and I plan for now to keep the rest to see how the story pans out in the short-term.

GLTA! Go DKSC!

Sterling, whats your take on todays news of the r/s being canceled? So far it has been perceived positively by the quick rise in pps. However, it does seem like they still are looking to raise the a/s, which in turn would mean dilution at some point, correct? But if they were willing to cancel r/s maybe the would cancel the a/s raise too. Whats your take on all this now? Thanks for your time.
