Stervc, sometimes it is better to prune the trees earlier rather than later on when the pps starts to climb. Pruning the trees may also help get the right stakeholders on board and move forward with business plans and a cleaner/more manageable share structure that will give you enough leeway to complete future acquisitions and growth initiatives.

When you prune the trees, they don't look as nice in the short-term but in the long-run they may grow better and bigger to reap better fruit.

As shareholders, we have a choice to make if we accept the trees being pruned while we still own shares, reduce the amount of shares we own to an amount we can be comfortable owning or sell and move on.

The decision will depend on a shareholder's investment horizon and how much you believe in the story and your vision of management's ability to succeed in their plan.

I sold 20% today and I plan for now to keep the rest to see how the story pans out in the short-term.
