The company claims they are being seriously Naked Shorted and apparently have put in place a dividend to try and bust any would be shorter.

Oh c'mon. Pearl only started with the naked shorting schtick yesterday.

Companies have been pulling the dividend trick, the name change, the cusip change, etc etc etc since 1998 when Medinah Mining was touting their supposed mega short....and probably even before that.

I'm sure lots of people would be happy to sell you their Medinah Gold certs that were going to bust the shorts.

Or perhaps you'd like my CIM, or restricted USCA, or restricted Juiana Mining, or my restricted AMSN or.....
