Janice, Naked Shorting happens, it's a fact and it's just now starting to be regulated in the pinkies.
I'm not going to argue the point because neither of us can prove or disprove it's possible existance in this company. The only proof we will have is how much the share price rises towards the dividend date and I admit that's not even proof but could be very telling if it's moves up drastically.
These people here have no doubts about the risk involved with this stock and I myself appreciate some of your imput and knowledge when it comes to these kind of plays, but the simple fact is that Naked Shorting is just as much a part of this stock play as Heavy Dilution, Criminal Partnerships, government payoffs and even Japanese Treasure.
All of these things may or may not be real or even a factor, but they all have been interjected in some way or part.
So we factor them in and deal with them one at a time or together as a whole.
