Jim, I appreciate your optimism.
But volume at 52 week lows does not give me a warm fuzzy.
Now if there was high volume and a climbing price, you would be on to something.
But the lion's share of the volume over the last few months has been at the low end of each trading session.
And the dollar amount is negligible.
2 million shares at .0021 is a whopping $4200.
