I have no idea when the official "silent period" started but i assume the only way we see news in the the next Quarterly report. My assumption is that BMSN must provide and and all updates in the Quarterly report and that letting new out like that would not be viewed as "Advertisement"
This however is just my assumption, someone please correct me if i am worng.

Technically REGEN is not an IPO; which is initial public offering. The public cannot buy REGEN shares so IMO we are not in a quiet period!
