That would be accurate. When the 10 crosses above 50 I personally go all-in aggressive growth, and when the 10 cross below the 50 I transfer funds to cash. I suppose you could transfer to "less aggressive." A PIMCO Total Return or Some Global Bond fund maybe? It would depend on ones plan options.
