My understanding is after the Piers payment May 01, 2014, tranche four will be closed and this case moves on. You were never guaranteed 10.52 per share and as I repeatedly have said they are capped at 10.52 a share and not guaranteed.
I will give you a tip for your understanding. Research the Delaware Bankruptcy tranche system that is a tool used when there are assets left to distribute as opposed the regular bankruptcy standard. Better yet, pay a lawyer who specializes in Delaware bankruptcy and then you can quiz this person when they tell what you do not want to hear.
