IMO that's excellent because they still plan to use another entity for trading in the US markets. Hopefully, our beloved PFNO.

Just called Etrade and asked about ERGOKONZEPTS. They did see the ISIN number but see nothing yet as far as trading. Etrade did say though that if ERGO starts trading on the GXG that I could not trade ERGO via Etrade anyway because ERGO would be on the GXG and Etrade cannot trade GXG.

IMO ERGO would need PFNO for the US Markets or file to be listed on the US Markets themselves. Anyway does not sound bad to me.
