This is the part of the information you posted that stands out to me:

No application has been made nor does the Company have any current intention to make an application for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading or to be listed on any other stock exchange.

IMO that's excellent because they still plan to use another entity for trading in the US markets. Hopefully, our beloved PFNO.
