Well said LarryInvest…I was just writing a similar post when I saw yours come across! Yes, the pricing of the offering (or the vicinity thereof) should be the bottom IMO. It would have made no sense for tens of millions of shares to settle at 1.90 US on 4/23 with the share price still up at 2.10.

In short, this is more of "reaching an equilibrium" than a correction….
