Placement was priced at $2.10 Canadian which is right about $1.90 US. Which means, $1.90 US or $2.10 Canadian is the bottom. That is, When the price was higher than these levels, by selling an existing share let's say at 2.20, you could buy at 2.10 a share and also get a warrant that you could exercise at 2.75. 1.9 US is the bottom.
