You will see more halts, but I don't agree with mick, they won't halt ALL of them.
Halting a stock to "protect" the shareholders is like blowing up a burning building. Sure you stop anyone from entering the building and getting hurt, but you kill everyone who are already in the building. Waco, Texas comes to mind.
