China developments could happen quick - no bureaucratic walls to get through like with the MSA. Wouldn't it be ironic if a China JV happens before we get the MSA approval. There's plenty of potential for SP appreciation with a China deal - perhaps more than when the MSA approval happens. All things considered - imagine once all cylinders are firing with MSA approval being in place, China deal taking off (and perhaps India) and BAT going to market using 22nd Century IP - the future looks absolutely stunning. What would just 2% of the China, UK, USA and possibly India markets equate to in terms of SP appreciation. That's why I'm in it for the long haul. And speaking of MSA approval - which really can happen any day - the manufacturing and distribution is already in place and ready to go. Amazing!
