Sure thing. Thanks for digging up yours. I had forgotten all about AA for this trial. Not positive whether the surrogate would possibly be PFS or one of the other "secondary endpointS" mentioned previously, but whatever it is, AA requires only a level 3 (see paper I referenced). It also seems increased interim looks would occur in tandem. Very interesting..
