It won't be his plan since he is not a doesn't know the FDA 505(b)(2) NDA approval process, but the partners do, So the plan for trials is by experts.

Of course I am sure you will say that you don't believe these individuals are experts....

and that the company has not produced anything in x years and the PRs are false...
