DannyD.. I lean more in the direction of your thinking on this too.... I believe from all my reading and catching up here, that FH really could care less about the shareholders, however, is not going to damage his company moving forward and perhaps to a higher market just to get revenge... if so, he is stupid and I don't think he, as a scientist type, even thinks that way....
My guess is similar. SOMETHING BIG happened finally to justify the revival and pay for it, take on ITAR (for which he well knows the serious implications) and move to NY, exposing it all essentially...... Was it simply revenues? doubt it. Was it because of WHERE revenues are going because of ITAR and new contract? Probably (guess) and with that he can now finally move the company off the pinks and up to a RESPECTABLE MARKET and allow investors from around the world to determine the fair market value based on all the usual numbers. One thing that will promote it farther than base numbers imo, is the ITAR and possible MILITARY work that comes from that many times.... that can double the PE itself....specialty work pays very well....
I'm starting to like this guy and never even talked to him! I think he's smarter than we think.... If he does it right and we don't have to get nasty, I'm sending him a thank you card for helping send my kids to college when this hits $200 (which is only .03 pre-split... could be worth 2x that even imo:)
NOW is the time to start telling the world about this Gem... spread it around....not too many shares to grab and will move quickly with any volume...
