Does the halt/suspension also suspend or stop any Form 4s from being accepted by the SEC, just curious? Maybe insiders were stacking the Form 4s for a massive dump and SEC pulled the trigger on the halt.
no. the suspension does not prevent the company from doing whatever they wish. it only stops trading for 10 days and voids their form 211.
