Nonsense! You lose, you pay...

If a company owes your business money and refuses to pay, you can take legal action against it. To get your money back, file a lien. If the courts approve the lien, you obtain a legal claim on the company's property. The company won't be able to sell its property until it pays off its debt to you. It also gives you the right to seize the company's property through your local sheriff to settle your debt.

That would be awesome... JNSH could own CCGI!
