Lol...... You think because there is,a judgment against an entity that they are guaranteed payment! That is the farthest from the truth! Ccgi may very well be structured "judgment proof". .

If you or anyone thinks for 1 minute that they have to pay......... goodluck.
Its one thing to win a case (easy part) and another to collect (hard part).

If ccgi is not judgment proof than there will be a settlement of pennys on the dollar....... Hence SP.

The market as a whole is very smart which is why the market wont touch this terd with a huge pole!
