Thinking similar to all based on the MVTG set-up / structure....have great Patented tech. Small co...like 10 folks, mostly engineers so look to partner with others to roll out their tech.
Beleive they will be bought / scooped up by bigger fish who may retain all the engineers....the way I look at it every PR that comes out that is another milestone adds value to ultimate price. Every license / build out similar to LaFarge that I am expecting announcement on in some company in some industry....probably in Europe adds BIG value as shows that this ERC / MRFC tech will become a fixture in many companies and industries. Big fish will start doing the math on it....Cement industry $ x market, Wind /Solar industry $x market, Manufacturing industry $x market......and so on and on.......each viable market means $$$ to MVTG stock / purchase price. Now add on similar with the Swissroll.......one great partnership here and BANG TOO....Stock way up. Leads me to believe may see buyout sooner than later. If I was the big fish that's what I would do if I knew tech was sound.....some should know now as been involved as others are waking up to with roadshows and exposure......longer they wait more $$$ we will make.
Can't see why a $ 250 million offer($5/share) is on table soon....and for that matter when you add up all the tech and applications like I mention above $ 500 million($10/share) seems very realistic if not cheap. If right partnerships or 'rollout' is done could be talking $ 1 billion in my opinion......Laugh? What if PR comes out next week that MVTG has 'partnered' with a carmaker to debut the swissroll and it is currently in production??? Could be coming....actually believe it is but unsure when.....$ 1 billion value may be too little at that point and that is approx. $ 20/share.
That's why I'm holding.....many 'bullets in the gun' to make us great $$$. I can't believe with all that is on the table and pending news that some would be selling at such low prices....but then again as many have stated many different reasons for.
My gut is telling me good things for those who wait!
