The "D" doesn't apply to just Nasdaq.. I'm high on CTKH, but don't go spewing misinformation. See MWIP, OTC stock that had the "D" through its split. Still OTC...

Hi DannyD. Sorry, but the fifth letter "D" does not mean we've been uplisted. While I firmly believe this is the Mr Hilal's intent with the stock split, the rule is simply that a stock post-split cannot have the same symbol as before, or it would be mass confusion. The D will disappear after 30 days.

I have seen this happen with numerous OTCBB and pink sheet stocks. They do reverse split often.

DannyD... I can not say I am sure of the letter representing Nasd, however, I held a stock years ago that did go Nasd and the 'D' showed up the same.... others have not... at least its not 'E' or 'Q'....
would be awesome!!! and would seem to fit what this ITAR compliant company is capable of doing...
