I'll be the first to admit that I couldn't understand what was going on with Medac's filing & now it makes perfect sense.

I think the Citizen's petition will hold up approval until the Court Case is settled. Medac is going to say the FDA should never have approved Otrexup therefore they didn't list Otrexup as the reference listed drug.

If the FDA reject the petition, the last thing we need to worry about is a PR.
