What are you talking about? There's no dumping here. ICBT is riding the 10 day moving average and trending up strong. Look at the chart the red days are lower volume days and all the PPS does is touch back to the 10 and lift off again. The topic is ridiculous.... to say there's D without proof is no different then me saying Garth is currently buying back shares and that's why we have recently gone from 0001 to 001.
It already went over .0010? Explain that? Keep saying it won't go over a penny but when it does will you stop?
Time will show: It isn't Garth selling. Why would he do that before his subsidiary's IPO? Why would he try to decrease shareholder value when his plan is to build it like he has all year? ICBT owns 60% of Canwealth and is still the controlling party; Garth is CEO of ICBT. And like a rebuilding franschise he has put in place his own team to take Canwealth into the future. Former Canwealth President Kelly Taylor is no longer part; even if it was his project to start. He competed and lost out, and now Jedda the banking director is given the privilege of being the Chief Financial Officer of the company.
But I read your comment and you talk about promotions. I don't think that's what the company is focused on. In case you don't understand what you've been reading, the S-1 means Canwealth is moving along and raising $15 million to operate. Afterwards outstanding loans will be paid off (some to ICBT), next phases in drilling will happen, and the ticker will be out and ICBT will be out earning what most are selling for now by how much? Look how great ICBT has been so far this year? Do you own one stock that has outperformed ICBT in 2014? Do you know anybody who does? Why does that make it so hard to understand that the company's true evaluation is only beginning to be realized? Market Cap is going to grow bigger than you believe. Perhaps bigger than the numbers listed in the S-1 and 10-K? We can hope!
So it doesn't matter how many prospective buyers call this a turd. This is a life changing play imo.
New investors are seeing what's going on and taking advantage. One said yesterday that he paid for promotion after buying his shares, but true or not that guy is not the company and some Joe I don't know trying to rally his new investment is his business; what he doesn't know is he's trying to make a copper coin by selling it to new investors as a dime, in reality he's standing on gold mines.
