I cannot post my actual thoughts without a warning "this post contains offensive content". Short form post is "the usual and redundant form over substance scheduled event at the ITC to be performed 5 days late coupled with the usual and continued insult by Nok by not participating in person in complying with the scheduled event. IDCC should have stipulated that they will accommodate Nokia's request to extend 5 days and be allowed to conduct the settlement conference telephonically if, and only if, the parties use equipment made by licensed manufacturers.
