Hypothetically, I'm looking at the Actavis connection. Say, for instance, a reverse merger between Elite and Epic occurs, would the current executives and management of the public company be integrated with the private company or eliminated?

Anyone remember I posted the link on yahoo MB back in 2011 when EPIC put one of Elite's buildings on its website and eventually took it off? I still think that was no accident and I still believe they will merge and eventually get buy-out by Actavis...JMO
