Actually it doesn't. NV corporate law requires an amendment(s) to the Articles. If this was Flex Power, they could simply change the name, which they haven't.
They also need to explain corporately if it's an acquisition or merger. I don't think that can be included in a "miscellaneous" filing because that's not an amendment to the Articles.
Corporate filings mean much more than a PR. I have seen PR's from companies before that never did what they said they would in their jurisdiction. Not saying MONA will do the same, just sayin'.
