if you reference the names from the recent filing via 4/9/14 they’re an exact match to the 2 co-founders of flexpower, not only that the addresses are a match as well. As well as the roles they play in flex power now Rasheen Smith is listed as president and that is his natural role in flexpower right now same for Bejan Esmaili. Coincidence hmmm?

okay so we know flexpowers CEO’s reinstated MONA. Flex power isn’t a new company they’re established and have been around a long time. The president has been guided and mentored by the founder of Powerbar. If you search their website you can see they have been featured from Forbes to msnbc . Granted some of these articles are old but that doesn’t discount the fact that theyre known especially in the pro arena where they have many endorsers and athlete investors in the company manu ginobli and Jason kidd to name a few.

if revenues are anything close to 7million this could be huge…
*I called flexpower and asked if they had any association with the company MONA. The man had said lots of people were calling in asking the same thing. He said he was directed to send the company an email and said there would be a response soon.
My thought is if they had nothing to do with MONA and they’re were getting bombarded with calls why not say NO we are not involved. I could tell he was holding back. Once the pr drops announcing flexpower it’s a GO!


Update OTC market page was updated 4/16/14 with new Flex-Power directors. This re-confirms its flexpower along with Nevada SOS filings once company issues a pr everybody will want in...MONA just became reinstated and still pretty unknown load the boat while you still can I see .01+ easy jmho
