Which CC would that be? They had to do the deal with Kowa or someone similar to avoid increasing SF + cash burn and stay a viable concern for the time being. A secondary at this price would be a death sentence!

Now this makes me wonder, if powers to be know something about the future of Anchor approval.

Call me a negative nancy if you want, but I highly doubt that.....speaking to that, shouldn't they have had their 2nd appeal decision by now, officially announced in an 8-K?
