It did not get denied. What made you think that. FINRA just asked more and more questions and suggested to MIKP and other grey companies to submit a form 10 to expedite the process. In FACT FINRA was taped (by Mark) as saying (two times) as soon as the form 10 is received, the form 211 will be satisfied.
